Want to have fun exercising and toning your body? Want variety in your workouts? Try one of our Fitness Classes. CSDA has classes for all fitness levels and ages, so try one out today!! Body sculpting, Yoga, Gentle Aerobics for our Seniors and more.

  • Fees
    • Fitness classes use a "Punch Card" system.
    • Each Punch Card is good for 10 classes to be used in a 3 month period.
    • General Price: $80 per Punch-Card ($8/class)
    • CSDA or SNAP Fitness Member: $50 per Punch-Card ($5/class)
    • Seniors (ages 55 & up): $40 per Punch-Card ($4/class)
    • Fees subject to change.
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Body Sculpting
This class is a total body workout using toners, hand weights, balls and bands. Let us show you how to burn calories, sculpt and tone every muscle whilst providing core stability and functional strength in a unique and very effective workout. Non-stop strength training to give you the definition that you want and the strength you need! Please bring hand weights, water and mat to class.
Gentle Aerobics
A complete low impact cardiovascular workout with some strengthening and toning. A great way to get fit without pain to joints, knees, and back. All levels welcome.
Line Dancing
Exercise your body & mind by dancing to lively, upbeat music. Line dancing is a fun way to dance socially without a dance partner and get fit!!!
Pilates
A mixed level class that is sure to be fun! The classic progression of Pilates mat exercises. You will learn the basic concepts of core control, as well as how to use breath and imagery to facilitate movement. Please bring Yoga mat to class.
Sculpt & Stretch
Weight-bearing exercises that will help you tone, shape and define your physique. Last 15 minutes of class will increase flexibility through stretching technique. Please bring hand weights, water and mat to class.
Sit and Get Fit
This class combines seated and standing exercises. Participants are encouraged to work at their own level. Use of hand-held weights, elastic tubing and a ball are offered for resistance. All levels welcome! Please bring hand weights and a water bottle to class.
Yoga
This class is composed of a very precise sequence of postures that cleanse, detoxify and strengthen the body while calming the mind. Please bring Yoga mat to class.
Young At Heart (Senior Fitness)
A low impact aerobics class tailored to the needs of those "Young at Heart". Class covers general fitness for all levels and includes cardio, strengthening, stretching and relaxation! On Tuesdays, please bring a mat to class and on Thursdays please bring hand weights to class.
Zumba®
The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away."
